| Registration is open now! Before 01/03/2013: Regular Registration: 3200 RMB / 500 USD Discount Registration: 2500 RMB / 400 USD After 01/03/2013: Late Registration: 3800 RMB / 600 USD Policy: 1. Each accepted paper must have a dedicated regular registration (paid in full on or before 01/03/2013). 2. For authors with multiple papers, from the second paper, the discount registration rate applies. 3. For attendees without a paper, the discount registration rate applies. 4. Papers without an appropriate registration will not be published in the conference proceedings. 5. All registrations cover technical sessions, invited talks, proceedings (CD), souvenirs, tea break, lunch and banquet. 每篇录用的论文都需要有一份单独的常规注册费（一份注册费只能用于支付一篇论文的费用）且必须在3月1日之前付清。对于有多篇论文的参会代表，从第二篇起可以享受优惠价格。没有论文的参会代表（或者有论文但已经有合作者支付过注册费）也可以享受此优惠价格。所有注册费包括：会议报告、特邀报告、会议论文集（电子版）、纪念品、茶歇、午餐和晚宴。
